first off, that is all he can say, nothing else, because, and i've just been through this in a law seminar, but it doesn't matter one way or the other if floyd is innocent or not, because he's been charged, and that is all the courts care about. there is a whole world and language WE, us everyday folk don't know, but in court being charged means no matter what, you have to prove otherwise of the charges and you have to claim responsibility, which usually means you have to pay..........
