It will be interesting to see if Manny will fall victim like everybody else, I can't understand for the life of me why fighters get in the ring with Mayweather and act like they forgot how to fight. They get in there and act like their stuck in glue or worse can't pull the damn trigger. I lost my voice when Mayweather fought Judah, De la Hoya, and Mosley b/c they were suppose to have the hand speed to match Mayweather and there were to many times all three of them just stood there and stared at him as though just surviving was enough. I know Mosely had one good round but that was it at least Ricky Hatton put some of that nasty pressure on his ass early on. De la Hoya was a disapointment b/c he looked like a big middleweight against Mayweather.

    *Anyone see the cowboys

thats the skill of floyd. he takes away the opponets best weapon and then slowly drowns them.

When you look at single or low combo punching Mayweather is just as fast if ot faster, but Manny is faster at combinations. Mayweather doesn't throw big combos as fast as Manny does IMO, theres not much between then either way though.

Defense and counter punching can do that. And thats what Floyd is first. A defensive counter puncher. Other things come second

Medina on Pacquiao: "He's the best I've ever sparred with."

Two of Manny Pacquiao 's spar mates who flew in from the US along with trainer Freddie Roach have talked about their first encounter with the Filipino boxer after their sparring sessions in the mountain city of Baguio in northern Philippines...

            Hmm.

Floyd is slightly faster only because he throw 1-2 punches max.
If he started throwing combos, he definitely be slower than Pacman.

I noticed how Medina said Pac is a smart fighter too. People don't seem to realize this, Manny just doesn't throw wild combinations, there is a science to the way he comes at you from crazy angles. I like how he said Pac's movement around the ring is incredible and much better than Mayweather's. Floyd won't be able to get his one or two shots off against a moving target like Manny.

People don't give him enough credit for his ring IQ. All they see are flurries of punches and hopping around. He hits you where he wants to hit you.

Floyd has faster hand when it comes to pot shot or just a combination. if he would do what Manny does Floyd would look slow. imagine mayweather throwing 4-5 punches at a time? Manny has the fastest hand when throwing 3 or more punches and it has power too.
