Paul McCloskey says he would fight Khan, Bradley or Alexander

After a great KO display against Barry Morrison he said he would fight them. I think he should wait 1 or 2 fights.

    Yup just saw the fight.

He's got good reflexes, but he ain't that quick as they were saying...

Always keeps his hands down even when throwing a punch, I'm sure someone of a higher calibur wouldn't have too much trouble against him especially if they can punch.

I doubt any of the elites even care, he might get a fight with a gatekeeper though.

I'm glad he didn't say he would beat any of them.

Good to see a guy with soe guts try and get into the mix, though.

McCloskey would beat Murray convincingly but he would stand litle chance at beating the top 3 140 lbers.

Great performance from McCloskey. Even though he fought well, im now convinced he probably wont win a world title :-(

He relies on speed and reflexes to avoid shots and getting his own of. Someone like Khan punches just too damn fast for him to slip his punches. He sticks his chin out and keeps his hands down to invite shots that he can counter, but the speedy guys at the top will be able to catch him and punish him.

Only thing that gives him a chance is that he's a south paw with great footwork, and his chin looks to be top quality against the current level of opposition. Whether or not it will be against the top guys remains to be seen.

He needs 2 or 3 more fights, then a fight against a titlist not named Alexander, Bradley or Khan, whoever that will be by then is anyones guess.

Id give him a decent chance against Kotelnik though.

he needs moving on thats for sure, but i'd be suprised to see any of them 3 take a fight with him at the moment.

If he has patience wait for the little round robin of matches coming up (khan/maidana, bradley/alexander , ortiz/kotelnik?) and try and nab a fight with one the losers....Kotelnik would be ideal for him if he wants to know if he can make it, he can still take his risks and not be worried about getting stopped.
