Comments Thread For: Robert Garcia Aims To Make it 3-0 Against Freddie Roach

Trainer Robert Garcia is confident that his fighter, Antonio Margarito, will make it 3-0 on November 13 at Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas. Margarito will face Manny Pacquiao, who is trained by Freddie Roach. The vacant WBC junior middleweight title will be on the line. Garcia has been in the opposite corner of a Roach trained fighter on two occasions. Both times Garcia's fighter came out on top.

    LOL, that should be .25-0.

Dreaming is free and Garcia is taking full advantage of it.

As far as I remember the scorecards were about even before the disqualification, and Roach wasn't even in Garcia's corner.

Roach trained and Alex Ariza assisted Garcia. Which now makes sense that maybe Pacquiao-Margarito was the plan all along since why would the busiest trainer out there utilize his time on a fringe contender?

Garcia is one of the most slept on trainers in the game. I can't wait to see the results of him and Donaire working together.

Robert Garcia is under rated as a trainer. I worked with him myself. That man knows what he is doing.

totally agree with you on ur post, robert garcia is a positive trainer and professional too. However idk if i can agree with you on the part of the last two fights. Im not trying to defend Margarito but can we really judge his last 2 fights. ****m Richardson said it himself he doesnt think that after what happend before the fight with Mosley he doubts Margarito was there mentally idk about you but id be mentally messed up knowing what happened and what awaits me after the fight. As far as for Garcia well he is unknown nationaly but in the southwest side of the country he is known for his chin. Either way i know this fight is going to be worth the wait. Im for Manny but idk about this one
