Its a fair 50/50 split.

Hatton's the divisions number 1, he has more fans and brings more money to the fight.

Mayweather is P4P best in the world and does hold a belt so he cant be expected to take less than 50% IMO.

I dont care if it in the US or UK as long as it happens, the only reason i'd prefer the UK so i can go. Money says the fight should be in the UK too, thats unless Mayweather wants less money because he's worried about travelling.

He's already fought in the US 3 times, at Fox Theater - Detroit, Convention Center - Atlantic City and Madison Square Garden - New York.

If he fights in the US its to live his dream of topping the bill at MSG or Vegas. Why else would he travel to the US to get paid less??

but I think Judah vs. Mayweather, Jr. Madison Square Garden would be a Super Fight in its own right. They would probably have to get a bigger venue, but in New York with these two, you can't go wrong.

Hatton is by far the bigger draw worldwide. They could put this fight in the statium that Manchester United plays in and sell 50-60,000 tickets.

Hatton should get about 60% of the purse for fighting in the UK and if he comes here, he should get about 65-70% of a smaller purse.

The idea of having this on PPV in both the US and UK and each fighter gets a share of their respecive revenues is a good idea, but that will ultimately lead to Hatton getting about twice as much as Mayweather.

Mayweather still values his worth much more than the market does. What is he going to get for fighting Margarito? 3 million max. If he can make 8-10 fighting Hatton, why does he care so much if Hatton makes $15?

There's no way Hatton would fight at Uniteds stadium, he'd choose to play a Manchester Citys Stadium.
