I'll say the jury's still out. See what his next move is and if he keeps picking safe fights, yeah, he's a paper champ. If he takes chances, then no he isn't.

I like haye but facing harrison is what i class a paper champion but for that amount of money i would too

wlad is the same if he does fight chisora.
That's a good point. Obviously he won a vacant title that was unjustly stripped from Martinez BUT he won it by fighting a highly touted prospect, in the US, for 50k, and seems very enthusiastic about fights vs Martinez, Williams, Pavlik, whatever guys will have him, so he seems like a good guy to have a belt. He's no Sturm.

Sturms a fraud, and any poster who supports Sturm on this forum should be embarrassed in my own personal opinion. He clearly avoids fighters, and he has some questionable wins under his belts. People should stop saying but Oh Sturm was robbed against Oscar. Because Sturm has also won some questionable decisions. It's hypocritical of Sturm fans to cry about the Oscar fight but not to bring up the fights Sturm has lost but still manage to get the W under his resume in Germany.

90% of all title holders are paper champions, especially in the middleweight division since we have an undisputed champion in Martinez.

But thats not to hold anything against Pirog, he is a talented fighter who is just playing the game.

I dont think hes a champion either.
Yeah he was overrated because he lost one fight against a clearly talented fighter.
