More proof Floyd ducked coming out. We know Manny agreed to full OST during 2nd negs.

It's mandatory for many fighters overseas.

I don't care. It's the commission's call, not Manny. Can't have it both ways. But you digress.

if you haters and *****s were saying there were no 2nd negotiation it means there was no demand of a no cut off date right? it means Floyd didnt want to negotiate for the fight even after Manny agreed to a 14 day cut off.

Arum said they agreed to a 14 day cut off because it was what Floyd wanted? it wasnt Arums fault or anyone in Manny's team if Team Floyd said the offer was off the table.
Someone doesn't read well. Pac-itis perhaps?

I asked a simple question in my first post in this thread, WHO IS LYING? Arum or Manny? Because they are both saying different things. Just as we saw with Mayweather's camp, that you had NO problem calling out on their lying...so why get so emotional when someone does the same thing to Manny and his team?

Um, when he agreed that he would when he was asked to take additional testing for the big fight. Hello.
        That doesn't answer my question.

Where is the source that says Manny needs to take extra tests that he doesn't really need to?

Does it come from a commission? A boxing organization? Some government run office?

Or did it come from the father of a boxer?

Emotional? I'm good homie.. Loving the weather out here in Cali, but just started raining out of nowhere. I'm just keeping it 100 with you man. Looking at both sides, it ain't hard to tell what's going on. You can hold on to this whole OST/who's lying bull**** if you want. One side is preparing for a fight at cowboys stadium, while the other side is trying to stay out of jail. You seem to be a semi-intelligent person when you choose to, but you are on the wrong end of this one.

It's useless anyway, Floyd is a COWARD and he will never fight Pacquiao. Just like Erik Morales, he's playing with us.

They agreed to his demand when it wasn't on the table man, nothing you or anyone else can say to change that. When it was offered in the mediation, they laughed at it, rejected it and went on to fought Clottey.

                  1. We will never get the truth from either side because they are gonna say whatever it takes to save face. Whether thats Arum or reps for Haymon, Top Rank vs GBP, Floyds team or Mannys team.......they are gonna have their side of the story and it's all up to the individual as to what they want to believe.

                  2. Everyone has their own biasness. People who are fans of Floyd or dislike Manny wont believe anything that shows Manny is a positive light, regardless of the source. God himself could tell them what happen but it wont matter because they are only gonna believe what they want to believe. Same can be said for those who are biased for Manny and dislike Floyd.

FWIW I doubt we will ever know what happened but I guess it makes for interesting discussion on the internet.

                  Kudos for this post!!!!!

Okay so have the commision stated that every fighter should use OST and are they implementing it? I don't see them implementing it. So what is your point?

As for the fines, I guess that could be true that it should not be set by Pac, but the commision were unhappy with Floyd too, and the commision has less say in the money talk compared to testing since that is the busienss side of things.

Anyway, Pac has agreed to full testing. Tweeter 50 to get your boy to fight Pac.
