In my spare time i like train people who wanna learn the basic 1,2 in boxing for free and i notice that women learn better than men. Most guys wanna do is throw with power just to show off and women take there time to get the technique.

It depends how you coach them, i find men easier to coach. Women just wanna lose fat and men want to learn how to fight, if you give them clear instructions and examples you can get them to learn the technique before the power shots. I just tell them powers the last thing a fighter gets, if you dont have the correct technique then your restricting the amount of power you can ever gain, if you do everything as i tell you then you will be a puncher, if not then your bark will be lounder than your bite.Originally posted by triggerhappy -
