Hopefully he gets a real manager, whoever it is right sucks balls big time, so they can do a better job of managing his career.

I wish it was me because after Montiel, I would go for Mares, Moreno and Perez. If he does that, on top of headlining his own PPV's....I can see Nonito having star potential in the lower weight classes.
No, maybe she is a co-manager? I am not sure. I do know for sure that Cameron Dunkin is his manager. And, he is pretty good manager. He manage a lot of guys. Kirkland and Bradley for instance. Before Kirkland went to jail he was on a high note. And, Bradley is doing cool fighting top fighters. So I don't know what is up with Donaire.

Then defended his title on the road again against Monshipour in France.

Then defended his title on the road again against Cermeno in Venezuela.

He is a true fighter. Donaire should take a page out of Moreno book.

And, you right Moreno won't duck him. He would fight him. Hasegawa would had fought Donaire if Nonito would of gone to Bantamweight sooner.

So I don't like hearing about guys ducking Donaire. Nonito as skilled and talented as he is was more than happy fighting mediocre fighter
      s.
This is a fact. All else is bs speculation. If its not his fault, its his management and he needs to handle his business.

He has spent his career fighting tuneups, and off of 1 notable win in 25 fights over what think think is a grossly overrated fighter he is rated p4p #4 in the world

Maybe it is part Arums fault. I could see that as well. If I was Arum the first thing I would do is try to put him on a few Pacquiao undercards.

For example, Pacquiao vs. Sidernko (SP) should have been on the Margarito vs Pacquiao undercard. Then if Manny vs Floyd ever fought, he could match him with Mares (GBP) fighter on that undercard as well.

Afterwards, I would have him do his own Pinoy Power PPV's against guys like Moreno, Perez, Agbecko etc.

This is kinda what they did with Manny, and I definately think it would work for Nonito as well.

Dunkin's problem is that once he feels a fighter has made a certain level of $/status, he is cool with them taking shi t fights until something big comes up.

bradley is a good example. he managed bradley well until he made a name for himself, now he's a total pain in the ass to deal with

Donaire is tall and his skills and speed make him the best IMO.
I agree. But you know what bro I've seen him fight but I'm not completely sold on him to be a great at 118. Sydorenko is a good match up so we can see how he handles 118 which IMO should do well

OK I'm trying to narrow down what the true problem is because it's not as if Top Rank doesn't know how to manage guys from the lower weight classes (Carbajal, Morales, Barrera, Lopez etc) and since Dunkin is his manager...that isn't the problem either.

IDK man....hopefully he sees the opportunity in front of him and takes advantage of it.

Hey fellas this fight is not at 118 pounds.

                    Its at 115 Pounds.

This guy out his own mouth said hes struggling to make 115 yet is draining himself rather than move up to fight tough 118 Pounders.

I saw Donaire saying a while ago that he would skip 118 altogether and move up to 122/126 so I know damn well 115 is killing him.
