Top Rank is trying to buy as much time as humanly possible to wiggle out of testing or find as many loopholes, or other possiblities that "may" register as 'false' positive IF Manny has to submit to full random OST.

I'm sure Ariza is looking into random OST hard and what could "possibly" register as a false positive he could add to Manny's special ****tail that "he has no idea what's in it" should he have to test and result in a positive outcome. "Oh it wasn't PED's! It was REALLY THIS!"

It's called a Mayweather testing that is not regulated by the boxing commission. There is a standard testing that is in place. It was one of the many special request Floyd called for which also includes that Pac calls him out, the fight be in MGM not Dallas. Pac refused so Mayweather walked out.

Now Pac wanted to shut Floyd up by fighting him so he agreed to the "Mayweather testing" to compromise and have the fight going. Now looks like Mayweather will reason out the "split" as the new duck alibi.
Obviously it's the woman beater who never wanted this fight. Only *****s reject this reasoning....everybody else including the public and the media knows what the deal is.

He doesn't have to, besides Floyd has never submitted to random drug testing. He knew exactly what time frame he was going to be tested in, his training camp.
