I've been saying for the longest that Pacquiao would NEVER agree. Why would a juicer willingly submit himself to tests that will catch him? Pac is past the point of HGH but he's clearly using something else as well--maxcel, perhaps? Some other form of EPO maybe. The day he takes the test is the day he's looking for a blow in round five.
