The part I don't understand is when Richard Schaefer, the CEO of Golden Boy Promotions became part of 'Team Pacs'. Maybe you can explain that part oh wise one.

And many fights are 'promised' and don't mean **** until contracts are signed. Even after the deadline was set Arum said if Vacation Jr came to him and wanted to make the fight, he would end negotiations with Cotto/Margarito and make Pac-Mayweather. Then when the I-Phone bandit started posing for twitter pics with Don King and there was talk about him signing a $100 million contract w/ DKP, Pac called out Mayweather to make the fight happen for November. No response from Floyd and all the Don King talk stopped immediately (whatever happened to that btw)?

Goodness, you are really reaching. But at least you've come to terms with Pacquiao calling your boy's bluff and forcing him into another impromptu retirement.

But that's the only reason he agreed- because Mayweather CLAIMED the reason the fight didn't happen the first time was because of blood testing, and now Pacquiao has agreed to the Mayweather Commissions testing protocols but.... NOTHING, no fight, just extended vacations. Why would/should Pacquiao be the only professional boxer doing Olympic amateur testing when It has been proven to be nothing but a dodging tactic bluff by a confirmed coward?

Bottom line is, Floyd's bluff was called and he ran for the hills (to beat his girlfriend and steal her phone).
