regardless of how he won that belt, he's still a champ. he should act like one and fight better comp. he's an underwhelming, privileged fighter who got a belt handed to him. with that privilege comes responsibility. now's not the time to act like a rising prospect climbing his way up the ladder. Why are ppl upset about those opponents? They are all step ups for Berto as he has spent his career fighting mostly smaller guys and tune ups.
No way is he anywhere near an elite level and when he actually fought a good WW he needed a gift to get a W.
Him having fast hands does not make him a good boxer, he is actually pretty bad for someone with a world title.Comment

He can start by fighting Hernandez, then move up gradually but ppl talking about him fighting SSM yes even an older SSM and then Pac is laughable at this point.regardless of how he won that belt, he's still a champ. he should act like one and fight better comp. he's an underwhelming, privileged fighter who got a belt handed to him. with that privilege comes responsibility. now's not the time to act like a rising prospect climbing his way up the ladder.
Maybe after this fight he could fight Jan Zaveck.Comment

I remember when I was on the chat on the boxing truth, and I played the role of a HUGE Berto fan, people were gettin' angry. I can see where the hate stems from now

Berto just may be the most protected fighter out there. 6 years of ring experience and still no real risks? wow
but what can be expected from a Al Haymon fighter
they all want top dollar regardless of their drawing powerComment
