They all come and look ripped and in shape, but everyone from shane to peter have looked god awful. Is Big Bear a last desparation hope for guys who know they have little chance (Audley), or do they overtrain there...they all come in looking a little stiff it seems to me as well. Floyd doesnt train at big bear, klitschko doesnt train at big bear.

Do you think Shane would have not gassed if he did not train there? Or was he just a washed up has been?

Oscar trained up that hill for most of his fights. We can blaim the arrows, but we should be looking at the Indians.

haha I dont know. I mean I just notice everytime someone trains at big bear they talk about the altitude and how amazing they now are etc...and then they come to the ring and just stand there as someone hits them in the face repeatedly.

            is this a joke?

first of all im pretty sure wlad has trained in big bear, and even if he hasnt thats no argument. floyd and wlad hasnt trained in puerto rico either that doesnt mean u cant get good training there, just to make an example.

and most fighters who train in big bear do very well, have u just followed boxing for a few months and just seen a few fights? some ppl do poorly, it has nothing to do with the location ppl from all gyms have lost at some point.

emanuel steward had a long ass streak when he trained some of his fighters in big bear for important fights and never had a fighter lose after holding camp there. it was broken when pavlik KO'd taylor, up until then he had like 10-15 successful camps.
