i mean, it's all relative. if you've been doing one sport your entire life, and then switched to something different, of course it'll be harder.

i bet if a boxer tried to get into the nfl after his career was over he'd say it's alot harder than boxing.

    common sense people.
This is the best way to put it I would say.

Level of difficulty is all relative too. What makes it hard?

Boxing is not harder than football. It just requires being in certain type of shape to participate in. I have played b-ball, football, boxing, track....you name it. I would be in dog shape for football, then when b-ball season came around.....I would be outta shape per say, because being in basketball shape is different than football shape. Same thing would happen when track season came around etc.

There are things in each sport that make them harder and as well as easier compared to other sports. I'm pretty sure someone who has done all of them like me can co-sign this.

I do think football takes a higher level of IQ to suceed at (at the highest level of competition for both). So many reads, formations, techniques etc....making it impossible for someone to get by on talent alone.

Manny Pacquiao and Floyd would get destroyed in an NFL game.

But objectively speaking, any bum off the street could dominate soccer.

I wouldn't say that one sport is harder than the other. It is relative. But I completely disagree with the "Higher level of IQ". Boxing is tougher in that category.

Well I'll guess we have to agree to disagree. To play a position like QB in the NFl takes about as High of a sport's IQ there is in any sport. Your basically a coach on the field and you have to know where everyone of your teamates are suppose to be as well as the various reads etc. To me it's not even close...but to each his own.
