What if Erik Morales fought Pacquiao before JMM?

It would have been a better fight if pacman fought morales instead of a barrera morales 3.

I agree. I was a fan of Erik Morales, but His style before jmm fought pacman would have been easy for manny. I am like the only non biased boxing fan out their hahah.

Remember, Pac also claimed to have learned alot from Marquez and was bringing something called "Manilla Ice"? If Pac had actually fought Morales with the one-dimensional style he showed Marquez .... he would have been decisioned by a wider margin than 115-113. Remember, Morales ate Pac's big left hands for 12 rounds and stayed on his feet.

Yeah, I don't necessarily agree that JMM laid out the blue print to beat Pacquiao... Pacquiao hasn't really changed his style since day one, with him it's kinda like, "If it ain't broke, then don't fix it".

He's got so far with the aggressive attacking style that he has, I don't think he'll ever change it.

I don't think it would have made a difference whether Morales fought Pacquiao before or after JMM had fought Pacquiao... The result will have still been the same.

My point exactly. Pac fights one style, his. It's got him to where he is and he's not going to abandon it. In training, he might be working on something new, but in the ring he'll always do what comes naturally ... throw that left hand straight down the pipe over and over again.

I just have a feeling The fight would have been different! morales has never been known for avoiding punches haha we all know that he doesnt have the defense of JMM! he actually imitated jmm's style by pressuring the aggressor and make them fight backing up.
