Alex Ariza's revelations of his secret concoction of supplements, which he mixes with a light yellow powder to enhance Manny Pacquiao's stamina, has sparked media firestorm in sports particularly in boxing as the performance enhancing drugs (PEDs) controversy continues to hound the Filipino boxer.

Ariza would not talk openly about his concoctions if he knew that these supplements are illegal or banned.

Ariza is best strength and conditioning coach for boxing.

If someone is so interested what his fighters are using then hire Ariza, why would he say for free what he is giving to his fighters?

What firestorm? Even the PED experts weren't taking that article too seriously.

In related news, Ariza spoke to coaches at a seminar in the Philippines about proper conditioning and nutrition:

Let's also give credit to Teri Tom and the rest of the team that carefully monitor Pacquiao's body during training.

This is a very important line right here...I really hope people can put their hate aside for just a moment, and let this line soak in.

Before anyone says something ******: Sure Pac and his team look bad at the whole way this thing has went down.

That being said: I do believe Pac takes supplements. Are they banned is the question. Cause if they aren't (banned), then he is clean. Period.

What is this topic supposed to be proving anyway? Am I missing something?

Ariza's just throwing out a "concoction" that Pac takes that will gain publicity, get tested and be found to be normal legal ingredients to try to alleviate su****ion on Pac and throw a curve in the mix to avoid Pac having to actually test properly with OST if at all.

People will go crazy and believe that THIS is what Manny takes that COULD possibly register as "illegal" but isn't. Try to sway the public's opinion to avoid Manny from having to test fully or no random OST and possibly get caught with PED's in his system.

They are stringing out his having to test and buying time for as long as they can. Lawyer's are famous for that. Thank Uncle honest Arum.
