from Haye himself, he's been pretty honest about it in recent interviews. He even released a vid of himself talking about why the fight hasn't happened. He was offered 50/50, Haye's problem was what it was 50/50 of.

I think the Klits idea of 50/50 is different from Hayes idea of 50/50. I posted earlier that the Klits are treating him like an opponent when he's far more than that. My understanding was that the Klits wanted half the UK money but all the German money as well but I'd have to dig out the Boxing News mag to be sure. The Klits are used to dealing with guys who are grateful for the shot so they're gonna have to meet him in the middle if Wlad wants the fight as much as he makes out.

Diva "The Vagina" Gaye thought he should keep all the Brit PPV revenue and Wlad keeps the German revenue, which would make it so Wlad makes less than The Vagina, since Wlad is tied into a multi-fight deal with RTL which is not PPV. He pulled out of a fight before he ever had a belt. He has proven nearly nothing at heavyweight. He should be ecstatic the Klitschkos offered him what they did, it's better than what everyone else that fights them gets.

Lets be 100% honest, other than the Klitschko's he has proven more in the HW division than anyone else.

Mostly because everyone else builds there way up to a title shot against guys like Jameel McCline and Dominic Guinn and then either faces Valuev or Klitchko only to lose via drawn out KO or dominant decision. Adamek, Chagaev and Haye are probably the two most accomplished HW's other than Klitschko and two of those are former Cruiserweights.
