I think Floyd has shown himself outside the ring to be a mentally weak and insecure person. Pacquiao gets the kind of love and respect from fans that Floyd has always wanted, and so Floyd feels the need to drag Pacquiao down to his level. The fact that Pac doesn't fight back to the media insults just makes Floyd dig even deeper.
