    How Good Is Famoso?

As you can tell Im a big Famoso fan, but I was wondering what you guys think of him and all the champs in the division? Who do you think he can beat from the four champs in his division right now? I personally think he can beat Jorge Barrios, Ive never seen Robbie Peden or Vicente Mosquera fight and I think he would have trouble with Barrera but hey, its possible. What you guys think?

i was impressed by famoso when he stood his ground against Erik. I was quite disappointed with his performance against Jesus Chavez but it was relatively good. He could beat Barrera (wink wink *thagreatest* wink wink), but a slim chance.

I think Hernandez has a great heart but lacks the skill to beat Barrera, Barrera has too many weapons, it could very well end up like the fight against Morales. Unless he trains right and sticks to a game plan i think he might have a chance. But he is still my favorite boxer. Personally i think Hernandez won his last fight against chavez, and would beat peden and the others.
PS.. He is do to fight pacquiao's brother for wbc eliminator, according to boxrec Chavez will fight for the IBF lightweight title next

I've seen Peden fight, against Marquez and the two he had with campbell. He is a game fighter but lacks boxing skill. He tends to leave his hands down. Hes a gutsy dude though, with a good chin.

I agree Carlos Hernandez is not only a very good fighter but he is also a great person, honest, humble and tough.

He represents his coutry well and a role model for anyone looking how to best present.

How humble and honest is he??? He is honest enough to admit that he stayed in in close to avoid being knocked out by a hard puncher while at the same nullifying his own offense right after the fight. Then saying he got schooled because of his lack of skill and going back to the gym to work on it.

                    Definitely a class-act.
