I mean honestly. I would like to know how can Shane and Pac
be so much ahead of Floyd when they retire?

How? Still don't get it. Just off of the strength that Pac fought
and will fight for 2 catchweight titles, while Floyd fought for all
of his titles at the regular weight class puts Pac down the list for
me. Floyd became the lineal champion at WW, then moved up to
154 to fight Oscar for his title (not 152). Pac hasn't accomplished
neither. Not to mention that Floyd beat Oscar and Hatton first.
Then on top of that, Floyd beat Mosley who was the man to
beat at WW after he defeated Margarito. Even at 130 Floyd
dominated and fought more than Pac did when he was at 135.
Floyd's PPV fights have sold more overall. Now, when it comes
to action packed fights, personality and staying active, then Pac
has the edge BUT when you compare careers, there should be no
        way Pac trumps Floyd.

This article is absolutely horrible. Its like thanks for your oppinion. Not delivering news. "The Latin Fake". I felt he loss very close. Theres no doubt the fight ******, but theres also no doubt Mora landed cleaner punches on Mosley. Regardless. Who really wants to see Mosley fight again, let alone fight Pacquiao or Berto? Especially Pacquiao. That would be an absolute slaughter. Mosley has looked like **** in 3 of his last 4 fights. He's done and everyone knows it. The last thing fans should wanna see is Pacquiao vs Mosley. It does nothing for Pacquiao. It be like wow, Pac Man just stopped a faded veteran that Floyd smashed a year ago. Thats the last fight boxing needs at this point. And as far as Mosley vs Berto, I'd watch it, (Hell I sold myself out and watched Mosley Mora) but who wants to see that? The truth is Berto vs Aydin is a much better fight than Berto vs Mosley. I agree Andre Berto is largely untested at the world class level ( Collazo and Urango are the only credible names hes faught at that level), but the truth is at this point Mosley wouldn't be that big a test for Berto. Shane Mosley needs to retire. He faught his last 5 minutes in the first 2 rounds against Floyd. Walk away before you turn into Roy Jones.

Yes Pac in al ATG list ranks higher than Floyd if both retire right now. No fighter in his history besides Pac has won a lineal Flyweight title and a lineal featherweight title. 2 of the original 8 weight-classes. That is over a 100 years of history. Pac is the first to win a lineal from flyweight and junior welterweight. That is over 70 years in history. And, no fighter has won 4 lineal titles ever. EVER, again another first in history. And, he won those titles in weight-classes that has been around at least 70 years.

Floyd has 5(2 of them paper titles) titles in regular weight-class. Pac has 6(2 of them paper titles) titles in regular weight-class. So why does that put Pac down to you?

Floyd has won lineal titles in 3 divisions(no catchweight), Pac has won lineal titles in 4 divisions(no catchweight). So why does that put Pac down.

Pac first win against a prime Barrera is better than any win in Floyd resume. And, Floyd has never beat anybody who is as prime versatile version as that Barrera.

LOL @ bring PPV numbers as a way to try and give Floyd the edge for ATG's. If that is the case Oscar De la Hoya is a top 10 ATG fighter.

Come on man, anyways I hope this clear your views a little more as to how Pac ranks higher than Floyd if both retire for good right now. But, it probably won't since you seem blinded. So whatever is cool.

i want to see a shane mosley vs cotto rematch.

i think that is a war.

shane didnt look great against mora but that is because he was chasing the guy all night without the ability to really sit down and throw good punches or combinations.

i didnt see physical detorioration that concerns me.

3 years ago shane knocks out pacman, but as of today pac's foot speed is just too much for shane as he will be chasing him more than he had to mora

shane vs cotto or shane vs cintron would be absolute wars.....
You complaining about 1-2 holding and have Bernard on your AV.

Its not that cut and dry.

Some have Floyd ranked higher. Some have Pac ranked higher.

                  Who's right? No one.

Who is some? Fans, Floyd fans at that.

If you look at respectable lists, Pac would be rank higher if both retire RIGHT NOW.

However, if they keep fighting who knows what either would accomplish. But, if both retire RIGHT NOW. In any respectable list or any un-bias who holds no favortism or hatred against either will rank Pac ahead.

This is the biggest myth going right now. That Pac has some how magically leap frogged every fighter from his era.

going undefeated through 5 weight classes
                      Being a 9-10 World Champion
                      Barely losing rounds
Top 10 P4Pounder 12 out of the 14 years hes been a pro.
Winning 2 Lineal WW titles in his 4th weight class

I mean the guy was a prospect with 16 fights when he beat Genaro Hernandez.

Since when is that something to sneeze at? Floyd is severely underrated on this site . People forget how great of a career hes had.

Its ridiculous. People let their girl like hate blind them on how much work hes really put in. His career didnt start in 2007.

So to say that its clear cut that Pac is greater like its fact. Is crazy.

I have rank these 2 neck and neck. There is no win outside of beating Martinez or Williams or a fight vs each other that can separate them. IMO.

You think hes higher thats your opinion. More power to you. I think they are dead LOCKED even.

You ranking Pac ahead is based on "How YOU view his accomplishments". Maybe you overrate them. Maybe you don't.

Its all subjective. Its not set in stone at all.
