What do you think of the ''NEW'' Mormeck

I just watched Mormeck vs Maddalone. I wasn't all that interested in his comeback at HW in the beginning, but since he is now considered to be the next sacrificial lamb for Wladimir, I thought I could at least watch how he performs at the weight.

I had heard that in his first HW fight, Mormeck was lucky enough to get awarded a decision over Oquendo (poor guy, this is the story of his life). Didn't start well.

Anyway, what has surprised me a bit is the drastic change Mormeck has operated in his style. The man made his name for being a relentless brawler and an inside fighter at CW. Now, I just watched the same dude using movement (even more than he needs to use) and boxing, not to say potshotting.

That's quite a change. I thought he did well boxing Maddalone although his stamina is shot to pieces. Maybe he has changed his style because he can't fight his old way (stamina issues), or maybe he doesn't feel confident enough to **** with heavyweights.

So what do you think of the new Mormeck ?

he's 38, has no stamina, and was totally schooled by fred oquendo. he makes a top heavyweight contender in this ridiculous era.
