      Does 2 pounds or 4 pounds really makes a lot of difference? By fight night; they are 5 to 10 pounds heavier than there weight at the scale. Get a life. On second thought, get a F---ing BRAIN.

        After the beating he's gonna recieve he's gonna blame it on over training.

          fighters have said it does make a difference because the opponent didn't have to sacrifice that much more,drain themselves to make the limit while the other fighter made it easier

            and if manny loses he'll blame it on politics,that he wasn't 100% focused...there are no excuses for this fight,although i do think margarito is training too much,but still he's a profesional and should know what he's doing,whoever loses loses,period,no excuses

              If 2 or 4 pounds didn't make a difference then why do they have weight classes?? if they are fighting for the 154 pound title then shouldn't they have that weight limit? as a matter of fact I can't believe they are fighting for a title that they havn't even earned the right to fight for...I'm surprised more boxers in this wieght class aren't pissed off over this b/s..

                Most boxers are pissed off at Margarito for this fight. As for Pacquiao, they give him a pass because he's a small dude beating up bigger men.

                  margarito's team is doing good because they want margarito strong on fight night..Is overtraining a question yes, but not in this situation because margarito has had a good rest from not fighting.. Remember rest can be a plus in boxing..

                    true that pac and margarito didnt do anything as a jr middleweight to deserve to fight for the wbc jr middleweight belt...but the wbc has margarito ranked #1 in their sanctioning body...and as for pacquiao, its a no brainer to have him as a choice to fight for the wbc title (pac brings excitement and action)...who would not want a name brand fighter that is exciting to watch? im sure *****s, but im not talking about the *****s

                      what other boxer is there in the jr middleweight?
                      IBF = Cornelius Bundrage
                      WBO = Sergei Dzindziruk
                      WBA = Miguel Cotto

                      pac already destroyed cotto...who are bundrage and dzindiruk? you think arum will pick up the slack as far as promoting for any of these two boxers? besides, if not FELONY FRAUD, margarito is a good choice...and dont even mention tim bradley, pac would walk thru this FRAUD da second
