ROACH was trained by Eddie Futch and Eddie is Enclycopedia of boxing
Good one Cung. Agree. And not to be forgotten Mr Cus D'Amato.

No, Roach didn't make Pacquiao, he is a good trainer who is the beneficiary of an all time great fighting talent.

Pacquiao fought Hatton at 140 (unlike Floyd), you also failed to mention the Clottey fight (and the fact the majority of these guys are all bigger than him).

Pacquiao is PFP #1, there's no dis*****g it and he'll confirm it when he takes Margarito out early.

I said this before and I'm going to say it again... Roach made Pacquiao the fighter he is today and he would not be where he is today without Roach. Roach doesn't get enough credit for being a great trainer and great match maker. He made Pacquiao the offensive machine he is today. He took a one punch puncher with little skilled and made him into a complete boxer.

When have you ever seen Manny make adjustments in the ring on his own in a big fight? No way he beats guys like EM, JMM, Floyd, etc. without Roach being in his corner.

Do you think Manny beats Floyd if Buboy was the trainer?

That's funny because Manny was getting KO'd by tomato cans and taxi drivers before he started working with Roach. Manny only had one punch before he started working with Roach and it was Roach who taught him how to be a complete boxer and use his speed.

Again, Roach is a good trainer, Pacquiao is an all time great talent. The former benefitted hugely from the latter who would've been an atg under any good trainer. There is nothing exceptional about Freddie Roach, there are many things exceptional about Manny Pacquiao and he's making him look good.

Roach is a great trainer and he's the best trainer in the sport.

Pacquiao is not an all time great talent... he's a great boxer, but he doesn't have all time great talent like Floyd and SRL.

People say that because of Pacquiao's success, Roach doesn't have that kind of huge success with other fighters. It's Pacquiao's raw talent which makes it possible.

You said he has all time talent... he's not even the most talented or most skilled fighter from his era.

That's bull****. If Pacquiao is so good, why does he refuse to fight without Roach as his trainer? He knows he's not going to win without Roach.

Roach is making Benavidez Jr. into a star and Khan will be a star in a couple of years. He improved Khan a lot since he fought in the UK and Benavidez has improved a lot since he turned pro.
