Angulo hasn't been banned from fighting in the US, he has been banned from entering it.

US Immigration > any boxing commission, as far as authority goes.

I see ur point.........to an extent,Margarito violated more than the laws of 1 state though!!He violated boxing rules & could have been charged with assault with a deadly weapon,had the discovery happened after the fight!!But I guess federal law does apply more so to Angulo,thanks for the imput!!
