Pac and May in the Hall of fame??

They're both future hall of famers but at what point in their careers do you think they did enough to be inducted?

The question is not whether they're in the Hall of Fame. The question is where in the all-time greatest pound for pound list they would belong. Floyd is at number 34. Pacquiao is at number 4.

Pacquiao qualified for the Hall of Fame after his third fight with Morales.

Mayweather entered the Hall of Fame after beating Mosley.

I really want to see your list and to me it really doesnt make sense that you have Floyd at 34 all time yet you think hes just made the HOF I find that insane. I also find your Pac ranking insaning and your Floyd ranking pretty generous.

        Both are first ballot HOF'ers.

Floyd IMO was already a HOF'er for his resume at 130. IMO easily a top 3 ATG at 130. In my book #2 behind Arguello. That alone put him in the HOF with a couple of Castillo wins at 135 clinched it. The Mosley fight proved he is an ATG.

Pac was a HOF'er and an ATG after leaving 130, he was already a 4 divisional champ and 3 divisional lineal champ, only fighter in history to win a lineal title at Flyweight and featherweight 2 of the 8 original weight-classes. With a win over a prime ATG in Barrera. Also wins over top fighters like Ledwaba and JMM, plus a win over a declined but not shot Morales.

          1. Robinson

          2. to 6. is a 5 way tie. In no particular order:

          Ali
          Pacquiao
          Armstrong
          Pep
          Louis

          7. Duran
          8. Moore
          9. Greb
          10. Sugar Ray Leonard

          34. Floyd Mayweather

          76. Mosley

          178. Corrales

          284. Castillo

I would like to see your list as well.

And, the third fight with Morales was meaningless however the rematch should count IMO because Morales was still formidable and not completely shot unlike the third fight where Morales was shot to pieces.

Decent answer I pretty much agree, both have completely solid resumes at the lower weights.

Pac locked up his bid when he beat Barrera the first time. Mayweather locked his up by winning his title against Castillo at 135.
