They continued to fight and as time passed, people cared less and less as long as the guys kept putting on good shows. Sure, it would hurt boxing and he would lose fans but until he is found to be guilty, he is innocent in my eyes...the law used to work that way

Lets say he is on it and is mandated to take OST. Why would he still be doping?

He would just cycle off and wouldn't be caught.
