I hope this fight happens. I wish it had happened before. Bika screwed himself in his last fight, which he totally dominated. He better take this fight because it may be his last chance. If they fight I believe Bika will stop Green. How crazy would that be? Sakia Bika enters the Super 6 and ends up in the Super 6 semi finals. If he were to fight Ward it be a hell of a fight.

awesome, Id love to see Bika in the Super Six.

...although I really dont get how he has any chance of getting into the final.

would he simply inherit Kessler's points?

Glad to see that the Mendy DQ isn't hurting his career because even though its a "loss" it really a win.

Why does Green get someone on Bika's level who he can knock out and advance? I mean I guess besides Andrande there isn't much left but what a lucky guy to get into the tournament without having to fight Bika and getting to advance if he beats him which you'd got to think Green is the favorite.

Why would anyone think Green the favorite? He hadn't beaten anyone who Bika couldn't have beaten and its doubtful or at least uncertain whether Green could beat Bute or Kessler and certainly Joe C who Bika lost to.

Its a pretty evenly matched fight in my view.

Correct, in the event of a tie (in points won) the fighter with the most rounds won will advance. In this case though, we need to know if Bika (if he does in fact take Kesslers place) takes over Kesslers points AND rounds won. Kind of seems unfair in that case - as far as rounds won at any rate. I could see taking over Kesslers points, as Green inherrited Taylors zero points... but to advance over another fighter (in the event of a tie in points), based on rounds won, would be a travasty IMO.

He will inherit Kesslers points... however, what seems more important to me is whether he would also inherit Kesslers rounds won - which is going to be critical in the event there is a tie breaker in points (although Kessler lost every round to Ward).

they already said they were dropping green from the tourney, and were going to get him a exclusive fight on tv to cover his contract.

that being said, i got bika over green, bika can take whatever green has to offer and wont stop, and i think his stamina, will, and determination gets him the win over green, bika is just a tougher dude.......

not only that, he fights his ass off, tons of pressure, likes to mix it up, hits hard enough to ko green and doesn't stop fighting............ stuff that will be too much for green, even though green is better technically..........

                bika by 10th round tko.......

Let's not forget how touted Green was after his colon surgery. He just STUNK OUT LOUD his last fight is all.

However Dan Rafael is reporting that Glen Johnson is moving down to fight Green which makes me uber excited. I think Johnson easily takes out Green and it be nice to see him get to move on.

Hard to root against Glen Johnson ya know?

                    The replacement inherits 0 points.
