Murray is in a lose situation. Not even another option.

Murray has to be the stronger fighter to even stand a chance against a top fighter. He'd be giving up a strength, size, and skill advantage to Rios. It would be all action while it lasted, but pretty uncompetitive. Murray would get demolished.

He gets soundly beaten by any world class fighter. He's gonna have to take the plunge at some point, might as well be Rios.

Yeah, hes gonna cost himself a lot of fans. In that Victor Ortiz rant he said surfers and punk rockers are ****, but he lives in a County dominated by surfers and punk rockers. Not a very good idea.

He hangs out with Vargas of all people, so maybe that has a lot to do with it...

That makes a lot more sense than the Ortiz-Murray rumor for the Khan-Maidana undercard that's floating around.

                No doubt about that.

Rios is new version of Vargas.

It's funny because I had hope for this kid, now he's playing cosmetic gangsta ala Vargas and it's turning me off...

Rios is throwing alot of names around. Fighters and promoters do this alot to keep there own name in the press.
