I agree with one of the posts above. If someone was able to keep a stiff jab in Pac's face(Floyd too, although he'll eventually counter you at some point), it would make an entertaining bout. Everytime Pac jumps in for that 15 piece combo, stiff jab right in the face to keep him off ya. This is easier said the done, but if Marg got a jab, he could make it difficult night for Pac.

Very True! But Margarito does not jab and his trainer will not teach him that. Every opp that has faced Pac has not jabbed with the exception of Cotto in the begging of the fight.

I watched the Rios/Peterson fight and that fight showed Garcia's gameplan which was not a good one against Peterson but eventuallly won him the fight. Rios got tagged with almost eveverything Peterson threw. Defense and a fucing jab is the key fighting Pac ( which is why I believe Pac would get schooled by Mayweather ) but Margarito at this stage can not change his gameplan.

margs does have a jab are yall just plain ******.margs starts his combos with a jab and backs up throwing a jab.margs lets a fighter go in the inside and when they back out he throws a jabs and flows with a combo. iam pretty sure margs is going to double and tripple his jab against pac.

BS. Margarito is one of the best at cutting off the ring and applying pressure in boxing. Roach is talking out of his ass. He has never fancied fighting Margarito, EVER. Pacquiao is in for an extremely tough fight. Pacquiao better fix his habits of covering up and taking breathers becuase Margarito will break him apart when he does that.

It's not outside the realm of possibility but if Margarito has anything left to offer I don't think it will be so easy. But this seems to be the trend in Pacquiao opponents. They pick a guy that might or might not have enough left to make it interesting. For the most part the fights have not been interesting. It's just been Pacquiao slaying has-been's and vulnerable fighters.

Even Floyd is at that stage where we are starting to ask questions and Roach is talking mad **** while trying to make that fight as well.

I still remember the days when Roach was scared ****less to call out Margarito and Mosley when they were the top dogs.

Roach and Pacquiao = Can't leave the sport soon enough imo. I'd be physically sick if they successfully make a fight with Shane after this too.

EDIT: And as much as I despise Margarito I do hope he can at least make it interesting.

As much as I want to disagree with Mr. Shakes I'm gonna have to agree with him on this one. Margocheato has one of those hard Aztec heads and can throw punches but he doesn't have the skills to beat Pac.

Pac LOVES to fight other ****ers because his speed always gives him the advantage with stationary brawlers. The only person that can beat Pac right now in Floyd. Floyd's skills in the ring are matched by no one.

I think Margo is going to get a nice beat down from Pac so all of you people trying to hype this fight like it's going to be competitive...STOP. But like any fight...who knows what could happen.

Im still betting the over 9 1/2 at +145.. Cotto was hitting Margarito with solid shots to the dome.. It took 9 rounds for Shane to stop Tony and I dont think Tony goes in there with the same strategy as he did against Shane.

I see Tony being a little more careful in this fight.. The over is a sure bet.. Mark my words..

Tony didnt get to use a strategy...he came in and Mosley held. Marg didnt have an answer for it. Pac does not hold he will fight and it should be interesting..Im thinking Margo pulls it off.
