Actually his comeback was taking off real good, with some good tough fighters and was suppose to start fighting on Friday Night Fights but an injury has put a 6 month halt. He looks just as fast if not faster but with more power. I hope he heals up soon.

ridiculous. i said Spadafora was never anything special to me as a fighter. (as in him being in a squared ring, as in him fighting without head gear, as in him fighting someone that actually trained for him for a professional bout) how's having "moments" against PBF in a sparring match with "full head gear" change that? amir khan knocked pac down from a body shot. i guess that makes khan the greatest fighter. (lets see how it goes if khan actually fought pac though lol) get real. if Paul Spadafora faces a top welterweight he will be ko'd.

        he's nothing special....

I hope to see him soon and see what he has but he has got to hurry being that he is 34 and the clock is ticking.

Well, if this possible Mayweather undefeated fight gets off the ground, he'll get his big fight. How competitive he will be in that fight against PBF remains to be seen but at least, win or lose, he can use his record to make some cash.

The problem with Paulie is that he was only scratching the surface when he was imprisoned. Had he reached his true prime before then, atleast he'd have a name. However, he didn't TRULY get the name he needs.

Now, his prime is over AND he doesn't have a name. No big time fighters have a reason to fight him. He is good enough to make you look relatively bad against a "washed-up" fighter and you get little to nothing in return. It's not worth the risk and he has no negotiating room, so I doubt he'd want to risk it and get paid very little.

Hopefully for his sake, he fights someone along the lines of Alfonso Gomez and either gets a DECENT payday out of it or pulls off the upset. And if he's able to do that, he might be a big enough name for some of the guys in the top 10. It'd still be a tough sell.

ALso, the reason he went to prison wasn't the nobleist of crimes. So, promoters have very little to market/sell.
