Guinn was set to be the best American heavyweight since Rid**** Bowe until Barrett beat him. Guinn appears to lack a killer instinct (look how long it took him to take Grant out), but he is incredibly skilled when he shows up. Toney won't knock him out. If he wins every round, he should get an immediate title shot, but I just don't see how this is any good for Toney.

guinn needs to be the underdog to bring out the best in him, he knows if he can beat toney he's right in the title hunt. guinn by shocking sd over toney, he might even make toney taste teh canvas once

This will be the worst HW fight if the year!

Toney is a counter fighter... and Guinn just doesn't attack!

            BORRING!

I think Toney wins this one by TKO in the 6th, an dhe goes on to fight Chris Byrd for the IBF title early next year. Toney and Samuel Peter are about to shake up the division.

guinn ***n sucks.... lykovich beat his ass on espn and lykovich is terrible... as someone else said, at toney's age he needs to be thinking big fights with top guys not fringe contenders....

                    Again,

This will be a borring UD for Toney.
Toney didn't KO Ruiz, what makes you think he'll take out Guinn?

I don't see Toney attacking.. he, among very few, is a couter-punch artist and this is what he's best at...

Guinn on the other hand just DOES NOT attack anymore... don't know what happened but as it has been discussed in his last few fights "He does not let his hands go"

Guinn gets a easy payday and falls down for toney and retires then toney gets a shot at byrd or the brewster/ kransqi winner
