I thought it was pretty sad too considering they already fought a non-title fight at 160, but will now the title fight is at 157.

But then I realized it's not really sad, just pointless. They're both natural 154 pounders and they could fight each other at JMW if they wanted.

Yea he is 6'4 for sure no wonder all the welterweights and jr middles run away from him. If he fought Pac it will kinda look like Duran vs Hearns except Duran was much more stocky and Williams is 2-3 taller than Hearns.

They more than likely did that, so as not to scare away any opponents.

Imagine you're a journeyman or a manager and you see that you're going to fight a 6 foot 3 or 4 welterweight. That would make tons of opponents fall out.
