We can't tell how good Berto truly is when he is fighting Freddy freaking Hernandez. Now, Paul Williams I believe doesn't even claim to be the best. He just wants to fight the best, he even got screwed against Pavlik two times. He wanted to fight Pavlik, yet Pavliks people pulled out twice or was it three times... And cost Paul Williams money.
