Well Rios is kind of chubby. He has a soft physique. Even at 135. He might have more muscle definition at 130 because he'll have less fat. Ortiz is more muscular at 140. I think Rios should try to get the fight against Soto instead.

i dont think he'll ever have a physique like ortiz'.
he's just got a thick build. when he fought peterson he looke like a junior middle, and it wasnt like he came in the ring looking all sloppy.
i dont think rios is long for the LW division. JWW is the logical step.

Also would like to say Victor Ortiz has come into my Starbucks in Ventura twice, and he is the nicest guy in person. Really made a fan out of me, he was very excited to talk to a boxing fan.
