Rios was supposed to have been fighting Soto on the Chavez Jr.-Al Gomez Dec. 4th undercard, but Rios chickened-out and left that card.

Since Rios last fought, he says nothing about fighting Soto.

Rios was just mentioning Soto, cause he was "caught in the moment" with a "natural high" and felt like he's "on top of the world" in post fight interview after the Peterson fight, but now, he's been cowardly quiet about fighting Soto.
