I saw on boxingrecord that he won the World feather weight title (California version?) and he also won the NYSAC World feather wieght title but he is not considered a world champ I thought that the NYSAC title was the world title they later supported the WBC and recognized there belts as a world title.
I just would like to know if he is an official world champion he defeated Henry Armstrong twice and lost three time to him that not bad Armstrong was a great fighter and champion.
