It is because of this that he struggles against guys who move around with their feet; he is still standing there while the "slick" boxer has hit him and moved away.

I think he got lucky and caught Quintana early in the first rd, thus creating the mystique and misconception that Williams has this uncanny ability to figure guys out. I don't think he will come out and drop Martinez, not because I am a big Martinez groupie (which I am, lol) but because Martinez had little time to prepare for the first fight and I think Williams caught Quintana early in the first rd of their rematch.

You have to even admit that between the two guys, Williams appeared to be much more hesitant to accept the rematch than Martinez did...I think there is a reason for this. Paul won the fight but he looked far, far less extraordinary than he had in any other previous fight, including the first Quintana fight in which he lost. I think it had more to do with how Martinez was a relative unknown and not meant to win that fight anyways....he was supposed to be a guy with a good record that Paul could beat easily to make Paul further look unstoppable...it didn't work out that way.
U do make a point Williams did hesitate to take a rematch. Martinez will anybody problems thats why there isn't to many takers against Martinez.

That's part of the reason I like Martinez...regardless of whether you like him or not, dude does not seem fake or hyped up at all. He seems willing to fight all comers, regardless of the circumstances and doesn't even complain when he is ripped off (mainly the Cintron fight)....dude has a pretty rare personality..very ****y, yet humble...not many guys out there like him.

Paul can't make adjustments, he simply caught Quintana cold early nothing more, he fights the same way everytime and when he tried to do something different like last time out, it went badly because he doesn't have elite level skill to pull that off.

Williams is way too easy for Martinez to time.

You can see it easily in the gifs, whenever Williams took his step and got into range it gave Sergio enough time to hit him with a ****ing haymaker.

I'm seeing a repeat of their first fight. It will be competitive but Sergio is going to get his in more than Paul will.
