If he gets his act together in the next year he could still do something with the current state of the HWs, but he's getting old and he still has no decent experience under his belt. I'll never be a fan though, I just don't like his manner.

he sems to lack an engine to me, looks great when he opens up but only does it for 4 punch bursts.
just not sure he has the workrate to challenge anyone..

There are many wasted talents in boxing, as in every sport. Some fighters waste their talent through excess and poor training habits, as in the case of Rid**** Bowe. Some lose their talents because of bad decision making out of the ring, as in the case with Tony Ayala, Jr. But then some fighters simply are lost because of things they couldn't control, like David Reid and Salvador Sanchez. Here are some lists of fighters who didn't maximize their potential due to various reasons:

          Rid**** Bowe
          Ike Ibeabuchi
          David Reid
          Salvador Sanchez
          Tony Ayala Jr.
          Hector Camacho
Andrew Golata (The guy had talent, no questioning that)
          Gerry Cooney
Tim Austin (Fighting more than once a year, he would've been great)

Sanchez is in many peoples eyes a legend, he didn't do badly as a fighter.

even Lawrence Clay-Bey...I mean he was the captain of the olympic team in 1996 that's gotta mean something...He could of been a great heavyweight because of his hand speed power and overall techniques but now he is lazy and fat.
