Oddly enough, there are not too many ****** Tony/Manny fans posting ****** talk. I have enjoyed reading this thread. Lots of good input with the occasional dumb comment.
Green K's for Flavor and Insect... Sorry Tua, I think I recently gave you one so it's hating on you. Rain check.Comment

he might win the exchange but he might take some damage even in exchanges he wins.
manny's face doesn't hold up to 147 punches.
his chin can handle 147 punches okay enough i suppose but his face gets bruised up and swollen from jabs from these bigger guys.
maybe marg can land a good punch and bust up manny's eye?
just hoping for a semi-entertaining fight.Comment

No, when you see Margarito walking forward into punching range, he's actually pushing the pace. He doesn't have to be throwing punches with Pacquiao against the ropes to push the pace.Margarito can only fight at that pace when he gets his man on the ropes.
If Pac tries what he did against Cotto against Margarito, he's in for a long night. But I don't think he or Roach are that ******.
Margarito won't be able to touch him in the middle of the ring, and Pac has the legs to turn him following every exchange.
Not to mention the body work Pac will put in himself. Margarito neutralized Cotto's body work by picking off hooks with his elbows. Pac throws straight lefts to the middle of the stomach, Margarito will not be throwing over 1,000 punches in this fight. I just can't see it.
Pacquiao wanted to prove a point against Cotto, admittedly got hurt in the fight because of it and was able to successfully not even make it a factor since he could hurt Cotto more than the other way around.
Pac does not have the legs to turn him following every combination past the 6th round because when someone is constantly in your face, you feel the urge to keep throwing, if he keeps throwing, he'll have to keep turning, and so on and so on.
Too much activity for Pacquiao's explosive foot work, if he had a second gear that he can go into (ala Roy Jones) it would be perfect, but he doesn't. It's almost all explosive movement.
Pacquiao's straight left will be the key for him, if he's able to land it repeatedly early, it will be huge for him and will drain anything Margarito has for the last stretch, but if he doesn't and starts throwing what will be a useless right hook to the body, it'll be trouble from there.Comment
