                      This is very true. America dumps millions of dollars a year into Puerto Rican boxing gyms.

                      The American government appoints it's top American trainers to develop young prospects into future champions.

                      After Miguel Cotto's loss to Manny Pacquiao, the American government appointed Steward as Miguel Cotto's head trainer.
