i agree, mostly because of how many divisions there are now. catchweights these days are just to get an advantage and have nothing to do with fighting the best.

the 2 biggest fights that remain on the 2010 schedule are being fought at bull**** catchweights. wtf! manny pacquiao vs antonio margarito will be at 150 pounds instead of the full 154. now paul williams vs sergio martinez will be at a catchweight of 157. wtf! im gettin tired of this mierda de burro. seriously.

you CANNOT CRITICIZE catchweights today because of the rule that allows fighters 24 hours to rehydrate.

THERE ARE NO MEDICAL STUDIES OR RESEARCH that says catch weights are a advantage or disadvantage.

24 hr rehydration rule makes all complaints moot.
