Cotto Cintron would have been a good competetive fight but Cotto has never really respected Cintron as a fighter that much. I remember when Cintron predicted Margs to stop Cotto before their fight Cotto had made somewhat of a slick comment about who Cintron was and basically that his opinion doesnt mean anything.

This is the type of thing that's hurting boxing IMO.

Cotto's one of the best boxers in the world and he's only fought once this year... whatever happened to champions being willing to fight all the top contenders to prove they deserve to be called the best?

I understand why he's sitting the rest of the year out, why make one or two (comparatively) small purses when you could just wait for a while and make a much bigger one?

It just annoys me that the sport's ruled by money and there seem to be more businessmen than fighters these days.

Cotto -- Pac, Tony Marg, Clottey, Shane, Judah, ect...

Cintron -- Tony Marg twice, Martinez, Angulo, Paul Williams. ect...

What the hell are you talking about? These two guys need to fight... Kerm always respected Miguel and altough Kerm was born in PR he grew up and was groomed in the US and Michael probably looks at him like he isn't a real Boriqua...
