Wladimir has lost confidence. If he can get by a dangerous puncher, Peter, this will do wonders for him. With confidence and stamina, he can be a big factor in the division. Or is he already the next Michael Grant?

I think Wladimir will win the first 4 or 5 rounds, make Peter look bad, then get KO'd. As they say, the best predictor of future performance is past performance. If Peter can get by the early rounds, he will win.

This goes against conventional logic, where the puncher is favored early and the boxer late. I just think that Wladimir will panic when Peter is still around and his game plan will evaporate, due to exhaustion or mental lapse.

...He seems to be better conditioned now since he is sparing for 12 rounds instead of 4 so I hope your wrong. He has gotten discouraged in the past when a a guy stood in front of him and took his best shots so you do have a valid point. I am really anxious to see what Wlad has when he steps through those ropes. Very very intriguing fight.

I agree, this is a very interesting fight. Wladimir showed a lot of talent earlier in his career and Peter is very green but on the rise. This is the kind of fight that real fans want to see.

In a way I hope it goes at least 8 rounds so we can see if Wladimir is better conditioned.

...I would kind of like to see that myself. In the process I would also like to see Wlad get hit with some big shots that he shakes off. Some of the chin talk may stop if that happens.

Very interesting line and anyone who is confident in Wlad stands to make some money. Can't figure out why Peter would be favored at this point. Apparently Vegas believes the hype.

That SAm Peter is the favorite is of the greatest deals in betting history. im gonna get my money in before they correct this mistake.
