All the big fighters are taken up besides these two. Vanes and cintron would be a ppv flop. So cotto had his break fight with foreman so now he needs a decent fight. Berto and mosley are available so make the fight or wait for a spring fight. To fight vanes or cintron would be a disgrace to boxing
