But I'll play along, hes a 3 time welterweight champion who yes suffered a defeat recently but one loss doesn't erase an entire careers work. If thats the case your boy cotto didn't deserve a shot at pac either!! But even after having his ass chewed on by margarito I thought Cotto was still a ligitimate fight for pac.

Like i said its not about what he did in just one year its what he did in his entire career. The Attendance record at the staples center doesn't hurt things either.

They just wasted months negotiating with floyd duh! The fight needed to be made now and margarito was the easiest fight to be made against a crediable opponent. And come on now, Martinez and Williams have like a dozen fans between them and they have unfinished buissness between each other anyways.
