Why Nathan Cleverly will be so great

I loved the fact that after that fight he was back at ringside in minutes to watch the rest of the fights. The guy wasnt even hurt or marked, hes gonna be a beast.

I think Cleverly gives Pascal, Dawson, and Cloud hell. I honestly don't believe the previously mentioned fighters are on his talent level. In my opinion he is a different class of fighter. What's more amazing is, he has been a part-time pugilist for the last 3 years. Imagine what he is going to be like in a few fights time...an absolute beast.

I thought he took far too many unnecessary shots at the weekend. He, inevitably, gets compared to Calzaghe - but, for me, he's more like Hatton. Great workrate, exciting as hell but vulnerable. He'll probably fail against a top class pure boxer like Dawson, but his passage through the sport will be an exciting one.

Far better than Hatton mate, premature to say right now but Hatton could never counter punch.

Watch Cleverly in a few fights and even the Murat fight later on, he can counter punch perfectly should he want or need to. That's what gets me so excited about him.

Clev is a very good boxer, I like his different mix of boxing.. I hope he grows more in the next few years or so.
