According to Sky Sports, David Haye's promotional company, Hayemaker Promotions, countered promoter Frank Warren's deadline offering to super middleweight prospect George Groves. Warren sent Hayemaker an offer with a 48-hour deadline for Groves to fight James DeGale on one of his shows.

I doub't this fight will happen for atleast a couple of years. They should fight when one of them has a world title, then it would be one of the biggest domestic fights in the UK... Right now, it makes no sense putting two prospects against each other.
