and both those statements are true though, i have been activly practising Karate for some ten odd years now. But i did partake for some 12 years continously prior.

now regarding the writing, number one Im a fan first but I do write for a well respected website, and I do and have covered numerous shows mainly in the london and surrounding area. Fomr the elephant and castle to reading, fom the York hall to Brentwood and dagenham . Ive also met numerous fighters promoters and trainers.

in fact i came accross this site as Rick emailed me about the possibility of writing for this place, but i dont the time to write for two sites and i havent covered a show since May as of late ive just been going to the fights such s Haton Zoo with friends without the hassle of spending 3 hours writing it up.


i would post some links here but your not actually worthy of reading it, theres plenty of people here who have spoken to me and read my work.
