Within 5 fights, which for him will probably be 2 years, somebody from JWW will move up and beat him. Khan, Bradley and Ortiz all have what it takes.

Maybe if he is matched carefully, yes.

aydin, kotelnik, mosley(if he's still alive), malignaggi, and mathew hatton. undefeated. all time great. 31 would have tried 31 would have failed. obviously by this time he would be headlining ppv cards with a million buyers cause floyd will be locked up and people will need to waste their money on some crappy mismatch so in steps berto.

if he fights mike jones sometime in the his next 5 fights then no.
there's a reason why he's so inactive and carefully matched. he will likely lose if he steps up in competition.

Anyone who he can use his superior ability to beat, but not a more refined boxer who has enough pop to capitalize on his mistakes.

True be told he is a phenomenal athlete but pretty bad in terms of boxing skills, to many ppl all to often confuse hand speed with boxing skills.

he's pretty smart cause he knows he's not very good so he just holds all fight to prevent anything bad happening to him. obviously this makes for stinky fights but he doesn't care. hbo pays him a million dollars a fight to stink.
